Baby Angels is a fundraising project created and managed by Raising Angels Limited. All of the profits generated by Raising Angels Limited through the sale of Baby Angels products direct to customers or via retailers, will be donated to charity. The profits are generated after all taxes, manufacturing, sales and administration costs for Baby Angels have been paid.
We are delighted to be working with both Rainbow Trust Children's Charity and Tommy's, the baby charity in this innovative fundraising project and hope that you will help us raise much needed funds for each charity.
How to Order
You can order securely on-line at www.baby-angels.co.uk. Our secure server ensures a protected payment process and your credit card and personal details will be safe.
Alternatively you can order by telephone by calling us on 0870 446 4040. Our offices are open 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. In the unlikely event that your call cannot be answered, please do leave us a message and we will return your call as quickly as possible.

sales@baby-angels.co.uk. Please ensure that you include your telephone number so we can contact you securely for your preferred payment and delivery details. We suggest that for security reasons you do not include payment details in emails, thank you.
Delivery
We aim to deliver all UK mainland orders the next working day. In the unlikely event that your chosen item is out of stock then we will notify you immediately.
Please allow up to 14 working days for deliveries outside mainland UK.
We offer delivery by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK only). A signature will be required on receipt of the delivery.
We endeavour to keep our delivery costs as low as possible for you.
We do not recommend that you request delivery directly to hospitals as we cannot guarantee that your gift will reach the intended recipient.
Gift Wrapping
All gifts ordered directly from Baby Angels are supplied beautifully wrapped and with a card explaining Baby Angels and how you have shared your happiness with a special gift.
Personal Messages
If you would like your gift delivered directly to the proud new parents then we are happy to include a handwritten personal message from you. (Maximum 25 words)

Sizes
Baby Angels is a range of clothing specifically created as gifts for babies. All our clothes currently come is size 0 to 6 months. Should you require a larger size then please do contact us at sales@baby-angels.co.uk and we will endeavour to help you with your request.
As the Baby Angels range develops we will be adding extra sizes and designs to our range.
Exchange & Return
We are happy to exchange or refund your gift if you are not entirely satisfied with it.
The goods must be returned to us un-worn within 14 days of purchase, along with proof of purchase. Please return any goods by recorded delivery as we cannot be responsible for items that do not reach us.

Your Privacy
Your personal details will not be shared with or sold to any other organisation. You will only receive information from Baby Angels pertaining to your order. We will only be in touch with you in other circumstances if you have requested that we do so.

All of our baby clothes are zero rated for VAT.
